Making this keto friendly strawberry jam is fun and easy. Follow these simple instructions:

Step 1

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the strawberries and cook for 10-12 minutes – don’t forget to stir.

Once the strawberries start releasing liquid and soften, stop cooking.

Step 2

Use a spoon to mash the strawberries. You can use a hand blender as well – to make the mixture extra smooth.

Then, add the Monk Fruit sweetener. You can also try using other types of keto-friendly sweeteners.

Step 3
