Easily make the perfect and tastiest low carb sour cream pound cake! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 350F (175C) and greasing a bundt pan (10-12 cup capacity) with butter.

Then, add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix them together until combined.

Step 2

Take another mixing bowl, and use an electric beater to combine the butter, sweetener, sour cream, and pure vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.

Step 3

Start adding the eggs- one at a time, and combine well after each time.

Step 4

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients – one tablespoon at a time, while using the mixer to combine.

Step 5

Place the batter that formed in the bundt pan, and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
