For The Bread

  • 2 1/2 Cups (280g) Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup (150g) Confectioners Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon (6g) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon (8g) Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 Cup (90g) Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 tablespoons (55g) Salted Butter (melted)

For The Swirl Mix

  • 4 tablespoons (40g) Granular Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/2 tablespoon (8g) Ground Cinnamon

For The Glaze

  • 1/3 Cup (50g) Confectioners Swerve Sweetener
  • 3/4 tablespoon(11g) Almond Milk

🍞 How To Make Keto Raisin Bread 

This low carb raisin bread recipe is so simple! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F / 175C. Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix everything well.

Step 2

Add the wet ingredients to a different bowl. Whisk to combine.

Then, pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir and mix until a thick batter forms.

Step 3

Take a small bowl, and combine the granular sweetener and cinnamon together.

Step 4

Line a 8.5” X 4.5” bread pan with parchment paper.

Add about one-third of the batter to the bread pan. Then, cover it with about 1/3 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

After that, pour another 1/3 of the batter, and cover with the sugar mix again. And finally, add the remaining 1/3 batter on top.

Step 5

Bake for an hour. After about 40 minutes – cover the bread with tin foil (don’t skip this part to avoid- it really makes a difference).

Remove the keto raisin bread from the oven and alllow it to cool completely for at least one hour.

Then combine the glaze ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle over the bread. Enjoy this amzing cinnamon raisin keto bread!
