1/3 cup heavy Whipping Cream

1 1/2 tablespoons Allulose sweetener (liquid)

1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree

a pinch of Salt

For The Cold Brew

2 cups Cold Brew

1 1/2 tablespoon Allulose sweetener (liquid)

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

🎃 How To Make Keto Pumpkin Cold Brew

It’s so easy to make this low carb pumpkin cream cold brew! Just follow these insturctions:

Step 1

Take a medium mixing bowl. Add heavy whipping cream, allulose, pumpkin spice , vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture thickens.

Step 2

Add in the pumpkin puree and whisk it together. 

Step 3

Prepare the cold brew coffee. Then, add the vanilla extract along with the sweetener. Mix well.

Step 4

Pour the cold brew into a glass and add ice cubes. Then, add the pumpkin cream on top. To finish – add a light dusting of pumpkin spice.
