6 Pork Chops (up to about one inch thick)

2 tablespoons (30g) Butter (unsalted)

1 cup (240g) Heavy Whipping Cream – make sure to use full-fat, high-quality heavy whipping cream.

2 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 cups (205g) Fresh Mushrooms – don’t use canned mushrooms.

5 1/2 garlic minced Cloves

2 1/2 tablespoons chopped Dried Parsley – I use and recommend these parsley flakes (paid amazon link). Fresh parsley can be used as well.

a pinch of Salt – you can also use smoked salt for a special smokey taste. I really like using this smoked salt (paid amazon link) in my recipes – it’s amazing.

Making keto pork chops with mushrooms is very easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Start by adding butter and olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops. Add the seasoning (salt and pepper). Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Remove the pork chops from the skillet, and saute the mushrooms, garlic, and parsley for about 3 minutes. Make sure to mix it to avoid bruning.

Step 3

Turn down the heat and add heavy cream. Season with more salt. You can add other seasonings as well to your taste.

Simmer for two or three minutes. Once the sauce thickens- it’s ready. Just add the pork chops back and mix them in.

Step 5

Cover the skillet with a lid. And cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes (I like my pork chops well-done, but If you want them to be more on the rare side, check them at the 4-minute mark).
