To make this dish you will need:

  • 2 Chicken Breast Meat (cut into 2 “steaks”)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Keto Pizza Sauce
  • 14 Pepperoni Pieces
  • 3/4 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Follow this simple recipe to make the best low carb pizza chicken:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 380F ( 190C). Then, cut a whole chicken breast into 2 pieces (“steaks”).

Step 2

Place a pan over high heat and add butter/olive oil. Cook the chicken- brown it well on each side for a few minutes.

Step 3

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Top them with sauce, seasonings, and cheese. Place the pepperoni pieces on top.

Step 4

I used chicken breast to make this keto pizza chicken. If you want to make them even juicer and tastier – try using boneless chicken thighs.

To make this low cab pizza chicken I used mozzarella cheese, but you can use any cheese that you’d like.

I think that cheddar cheese would also be really good on this chicken.
