  • 1 cup Canned Sliced red beets (don’t drain the liquid!)
  • 8 Eggs(hard-boiled and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 whole Cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step1

Cook the eggs, peel them, and place them in a quart-sized mason jar.

Step 2

Place all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
