  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream

  • 1 3/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol / Monk Fruit
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

This keto no bake peanut butter is so easy to make! Just follow these steps and make the perfect keto peanut butter pie that everyone loves!

Step 1

We will start by making the crust. Mix all the crust ingredients together until they are well combined.

Press the dough mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Then, place it in the freezer.

Step 2

Place the cream cheese, sweetener, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Beat them together until creamy and thick.

Step 3

Take another bowl and whip the cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks.

Then, fold the whipped cream into the mixture of cream cheese and combine.

Step 4

Take the pie crust out of the freezer. Pour and spread the filling over it.
