Eating Desserts On The Keto Diet

The keto diet may be all about the fat, but it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a little dessert now and then.

In fact, there are plenty of keto-friendly desserts out there that are just as delicious as their sugary counterparts.

One dessert that you can easily make keto-friendly is panna cotta. Panna cotta is a cooked cream dessert that is usually made with milk, cream, and sugar.

However, you can easily make a keto version of this dessert. My keto panna cotta recipe is the perfect example of a delicious and easy keto dessert.

Freezing

I don’t recommend freezing this panna cotta because it will affect the texture.

It may still taste delicious, but it won’t have that smooth, creamy consistency that makes panna cotta so special.

This panna cotta keto recipe is so simple- just make a new batch when you’re ready to eat it!
