👨‍🍳 Keto Oreo Milkshake Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (360ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk  – Almond milk is used in many keto shakes because it’s low-carb – just 1.4g net carbs per 3.5oz (100ml)!

It also has a mild taste, making it a great neutral base for creamy keto shakes. You can find it in most supermarkets.

1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy Whipping Cream (full fat)

4 large Eggs (pasteurized)

4 tablespoons (64g) Roasted Almond Butter

3 tablespoons (30g) powdered Erythritol / Swerve

2 tablespoons (18g) Black Cocoa Powder

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Powder  or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120ml) Whipped Cream (for the topping in the end)

🍨 How To Make Keto Oreo Shake

Ideas And Tips

Add Collagen Powder

You can add collagen powder to this oreo shake recipe to help improve the health of your skin, nails, and hair. It’s also a great way to get an extra boost of protein.

Add 1-2 scoops of collagen powder to the shake and mix well. Make sure you are using a high-quality powder that is easily dissolvable.

Try Using Other Butters

In this recipe, I am using almond butter since it’s my favorite, but you could easily use another type of nut butter or even seed butter.

Even coconut butter would work great in this recipe. Each butter has its own flavor profile, so feel free to experiment to find your favorite.

Important Point Regarding The Eggs

As you probably noticed, we are using raw eggs for this keto oreo shake. I highly recommend using pasteurized eggs.

In some countries, these can be bought at the supermarket. If you can’t find them, you can also pasteurize them at home.

Many years ago, I got salmonella poisoning. It was an experience I never want to go through again. So when it comes to raw eggs, I only use pasteurized ones.
