8oz (225g) Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener / Erythritol

1 cup (250g) Heavy Cream – make sure to use full fat, high quality heavy cream for the best results.

This keto oreo cheesecake is so easy to make! Follow these instructions:

Step 1

Start by making the keto oreo crust. Mix 3 cups of crushed low-carb Oreos with 5-6 tablespoons of butter. Transfer to a 7 or 8-inch springform pan and allow it to firm for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Blend the 10 homemade low carb Oreos in a food processor.

Step 3

Beat the heavy cream. Once stiff peaks form- stop.

Then, add the cream cheese and sweetener. Beat until everything is well mixed.

Step 4

Fold the crushed low-carb Oreos into the cream cheese and heavy cream mixture until combined.

Step 5

Pour the Oreo cheesecake mixture over the chocolate crust. Cover with some more crushed Oreos. Place in the fridge for 7-8 hours. Then, you can serve.

  • We will start by making the chocolate cookie crust.
