⭐ How To Make Keto Mounds

Making the keto mound bars is fun and easy. Just follow these instructions:

Step 1

Start by lining a baking pan with one layer of parchment paper.

Combine coconut maple syrup, coconut cream, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Add the shredded coconut and mix again.

Now you can scoop this coconut filling. Use a cookie scoop (or any similar tool) to scoop about 2-2.5 tablespoon servings. Place them on the baking sheet. Mold into an oval shape.

Step 3

Place the fillings in the freezer / fridge for about 40 minutes. Don’t take them out if they are not firm.

Step 4

Take a sauce pan and place the chocoloate in it. Melt it over the stove top , stirring it frequently.

When the whole chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat.

Step 5

Dip each filling into the melted chocolate for a few seconds. Then, place them on the lined baking sheet.

Allow them to set for about 10 minutes (you can speed things up by placing them in the fridge).
