It’s very easy to make this sugar free mint ice cream! Here is how you can make it in 5 simple steps: 

Step 1

First, add the cream cheese, erythritol sweetener, peppermint,  avocado, and vanilla extract to the food processor.

Then, blend until you see that the mixture is starting to become smooth.

Now it’s time to prepare the main part of the dish. In a separate bowl, slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking continually.

Continue whisking until it becomes thick and fluffy.
