Instead of being made with white flour, keto tortillas are made with low-carb ingredients like almond flour or coconut flour. And instead of being fried, they’re baked.

For The Tortillas
1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 ounces (55g) Cream cheese – Choose high-quality, full-fat cream cheese. I use Philadelphia cream cheese for most of my recipes.
1 1/4 cup Almond flour – Used in many keto recipes because it’s low in carbs.
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/2 pound (220g) Ground Beef- I recommend 20/80 or 15/75 ground beef. Less fatty ground beef will end up tasting dry.
1/4 cup Green Onions
1 cup Taco blend cheese – made with a mix of Monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese and taco seasoning.
1 tablespoon Mexican Spices
1/4 cup Enchilada sauce
🍕 How To Make Keto Taco Pizza?
This low carb mexican pizza recipe is so easy to make. Just follow these simple steps:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F (180C). Place the cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals – until both are melted and combined.
Prepare a mixing bowl with all the remaining listed crust ingredients. Add the cheese and blend until everything is well combined.
Cut the dough in half. Start rolling each ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s thin. Then, use a large pot lid to cut out the tortilla shape.
Prepare a baking sheet and place the tortillas on it. Bake for about 10 minutes. Turn it over after 5 minutes.
Brown the ground beef and make sure to drain liquids and grease once it is fully cooked.
Place one baked tortilla on a board or tray. Top it with an even layer of ground beef, and add shredded taco blend cheese. Now add the other tortilla on top.
Evenly spread the enchilada sauce over the upper tortilla. Add a bit of tomato, chopped green onions, and cheese on top.
And lastly – bake for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
