  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 6 tablespoons Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 3 tablespoons Water

This low carb marzipan tastes amazing, and it’s so easy to make. Follow these steps:

Step 1

Place the ingredients in a food processor. Use the S blade, and blend everything at the highest speed for about 50-60 seconds.

The batter that forms should be thick – don’t worry about it.

Step 2

Make a log shape, and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Step 3

Place in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to bind together. Then, slice it, and serve! Enjoy this amazing sugar free marzipan!
