Hummus on Ketogenic Diet

Hummus is very popular in the Middle East. I like it very much, but since it’s pretty high in carbs, you can’t enjoy it much on a ketogenic diet.

However, there’s a way to make a low-carbohydrate version of hummus that’s just as delicious. Follow this keto hummus recipe, and make a perfect dipping sauce or spread.

You can make keto bread, or other keto snacks, to go along with this delicious hummus.

If you host a party or have friends over, they’ll never know that this is a keto-friendly dish. The texture and flavor are exactly the same as traditional hummus, but without all the carbs.

Add Olive Oil On Top

To make this low carb cauliflower hummus dish perfect- add some olive oil on top.

This will really help bring out all the flavors and make it extra delicious! Make sure to use high-quality olive oil for the best flavor.

Unfortunately, the market is full of low-quality olive oils that have been mixed with other oils or have been sitting on the shelves for too long. Do your research and only buy from a reputable source.

Homemade vs. Store Bought Hummus

Store-bought hummus is usually made with lower-quality ingredients and has less flavor than homemade hummus.
