Making The Hot Chocolate

Step 1

Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Combine the cocoa powder, sweetener, chocolate chips, and almond milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stir and simmer for about 1:30-2 minutes.

Reduce the heat and add in the heavy cream. Mix it in, and make sure the mixture doesn’t reach a boiling point.

Then, remove from the heat and add in the vanilla extract, mixing it well.
