👨‍🍳Keto Garlic Bread Recipe Ingredients

To make this low carb garlic bread you will need:

  • 1 large Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

🧄 Making Keto Garlic Bread

Easily make the perfect garlic keto bread! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F (175C) and greasing an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with butter.

Then, add these ingredients to a small bowl: almond flour, baking soda, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Combine and mix well.

Step 2

Place the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl (make sure it can be used in the microwave).

Microwave for about 35 seconds. Mix and stir, and then microwave for 35 more seconds.

Step 3

Add the almond flour and egg to the mixture. Stir it well, and then when the dough forms- knead it with your hands. Work fast- we want to shape it before it starts cooling.

Step 4

Press the dough into the baking dish and bake it in the preheated oven until it turns golden brown (it took me about 22 minutes).

After removing from the oven, let it cool for at least 10 minutes, and then serve. Enjoy this amazing keto garlic bread!

Topping

If you want to make this almond flour garlic bread even more delicious, prepare this topping while the bread bakes.

You will need:

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)

Add the minced garlic, butter, and chopped parsley to a small bowl. Mix them together, and then burhs the bread while it’s hot with the topping mixture.

Don’t get me wrong- this low carb garlic bread is excellent as is – but if you’re looking to take your keto garlic bread to the next level, this topping is the way to go!
