Almond Flour

To make these, low carb croutons I used almond flour instead of regular wheat flour. The texture is not the same, but it’s close enough.

I use almond flour is so many of my recipes. It’s one of the best low-carb flours out there and works perfectly as a replacement for wheat flour.

If you wonder if coconut flour would work in this recipe, the answer is no- the texture will be very different.

Freezing

Avoid freezing these keto croutons, the texture will change and they will become soft. They are best enjoyed fresh and crispy. Add them to your favorite keto salad or soup and enjoy!
