  • 1oz (30g) Coconut Flour
  • 2 tablespoon melted Butter or Coconut oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.4 cup (90ml) Coconut milk / Almond milk – make sure it’s without added sugars.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Butter or Ghee for frying
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon powdered sweetener

Making these coconut keto pancakes is so fun and easy. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Whisk the eggs until they become frothy, then add the rest of the ingredients and beat until the batter forms and looks smooth.

Set it aside for 10 minutes so it can thicken.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter or ghee. Then, scoop two tablespoons of batter into the skillet and spread them out.
