To make these low carb chicken taquitos you will need:

  • 2 cups Spinach (chopped)
  • 8oz (225g) Cream Cheese
  • 7-8 Keto-Friendly Tortillas
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 2 1/2 cups Chicken (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Easily make these keto chicken flautas! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Add the cream cheese, spinach, shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Add about 1/3 cup of the mixture to each tortilla and roll it around it.

Step 3

Place a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil (at least 6 tablespoons).

Add 3-4 taquitos and fry them for about one minute on each side.

Step 4

Place them on a paper towel and pat them to remove the excess oil.

To make this recipe, you need to buy low carb tortillas. I really like the Mr. Tortilla brand, their tortillas are only 1 net carb each!

You can buy them online, and also find them in some stores. And of course, there are other low-carb tortilla brands out there, so use whatever you like or can find.

These keto chicken taquitos are so tasty mainly because of the delicious filling.

Freezing

You can freeze these keto chicken taquitos, and they will last in the freezer for up to 2 months.

I recommend vacuum sealing them for the best results, but you can also just place them in a freezer bag.

Carbs

Each taquito contains about 3.5g of net carbs, making them a great option for those on a keto diet.

Just eat them in moderation, as too many carbs can quickly kick you out of ketosis.
