More Keto Pie Recipes

On KetoAndEat you can find many other amazing low carb pie recipes. Here are a few of my favorites:

Coconut Flour

The crust of this keto chocolate chess pie is based on coconut flour, which is a great low carb alternative to traditional wheat flour.

Coconut flour is a great flour to work with, as it absorbs liquid very quickly and has a slightly sweet flavor.

You can also make this crust with almond flour, but I like how the coconut flour holds together better and gives the finished pie a nice texture.

Sweeteners

You can use monk fruit, erythritol, or Swerve for this sugar free chess pie recipe. Any of these keto friendly sweeteners will work. You can use less or more depending on your desired sweetness level.

Butter

I added butter to the crust and the filling. It gives both a wonderful flavor and texture. Use regular, unsalted butter for the best results. If you can use grass-fed butter, even better.

Keto Lemon Chess Pie

If you want to make this keto chess pie extra special, add some fresh lemon juice and zest to the filling.

A teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon or so of zest will add an extra layer of flavor that really makes this recipe shine.

Freezing

You can freeze this low carb chess pie for up to 3 months. To freeze, simply prepare the pie as directed, then cool it completely and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.

o thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight and then let the pie stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

The texture of the crust may change slightly due to being frozen, but the flavor will remain the same.

Carbs

If you slice this pie into 10 slices, each will contain 2.5g of net carbs. So, you can definitely enjoy it in moderation if you are following a keto diet.

I hope you liked my keto chess pie recipe! I really like this pie, and will definitely make it again.

The combination of the great crust with the buttery, creamy, and sweet filling is just too much to resist.
