  • 0.5oz (15g) Pepperoni Slices
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 300F (150C). Then, preheat the mini waffle maker for about 4 minutes or until hot.

Step 2

Add the almond flour, psyllium powder, mozzarella, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Then, pour about half of the batter into the waffle maker (make sure it’s heated already).

Cook until the chaffless are crispy and brown – it should take less than 5 minutes. Then, repeat the same with the remaining batter.

Place the chaffless on a baking sheet, and add the marinara, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese on top.
