12.5oz (350g) Ricotta Cheese (strained)

8 oz (220g) Mascarpone Cheese (drained)

2/3 cup  Erythritol Powdered Sweetener

Follow these steps to make keto cannoli dip:

Add mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

Beat (using an electric beater, or – a paddle attachment if you use a stand mixer) everything for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick.
