12.5oz (350g) Ricotta Cheese (strained)
8 oz (220g) Mascarpone Cheese (drained)
2/3 cup Erythritol Powdered Sweetener
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Low Carb Chocolate Chips – There are a few brands that offer low carb chocolate chips that are 100% keto-friendly. Make sure to read the labels before buying.
🌟 How To Make Low Carb Cannoli Dip?
Follow these steps to make keto cannoli dip:
Add mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.
Beat (using an electric beater, or – a paddle attachment if you use a stand mixer) everything for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick.
Add the keto-friendly chocolate chips, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
