For this keto brown gravy recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups Beef Stock
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons Ghee (or butter if you don’t have ghee)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • a pinch of Salt
  • a pinch of Pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum

This keto friendly brown gravy is so easy to make! Just follow the following steps:

Step 1

Add the beef stock, onion powder, garlic powder, and ghee to a medium-sized saucepan. Heat it over medium-high heat until it starts to simmer and then add xanthan gum. Mix and whisk everything .

Step 2

Continue simmering. Once the gravy changes color to medium brown – and coats the back of a spoon – it’s almost ready.
