To make this keto stuffed chicken breast with broccoli dish, you will need:

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup chopped Broccoli
  • 2oz (55g) Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded) – You can also use other types of cheese.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Making keto broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken is very easy. Just follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 400F (200C). Then, take a bowl and combine the broccoli with the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Set it aside for now.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise – so it opens like a “book”.

Step 3

Spread the broccoli mixture on half of the chicken breast and fold the other half over to cover. With a toothpick, secure it so it won’t open during cooking.

Step 4

Add the smoked paprika and cajun seasoning on top of the chicken.

Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes (make sure the meat is cooked throughout).

Try Different Cheese

I chose to make this keto broccoli stuffed chicken with Chedder because it’s one of my favorite cheeses.

But, you can really use any cheese you want that melts well. Even cheese like mozzarella would be good in this recipe.

You can also try and combine different cheeses to get a more complex flavor. I think a mix of cheddar and Parmesan would be delicious in this recipe.

Air Fryer Version

I made this keto broccoli stuffed chicken in the oven, but you can easily make it in the air fryer.

Just cook the chicken at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. It should be even more delicious and crispy.

I like using the oven to cook this dish because I can make a bigger batch at once. If you are cooking for just yourself or a small family, the air fryer would be a great option.

Freezing
