For this keto breadsticks recipe you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Cream Cheese (full fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

For The Garlic Butter Topping

  • 1 large Clove Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

🥖 Making Keto Bread Sticks

Making the perfect crispy keto breadsticks is super easy! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 400F (200C). Place a skillet over medium heat. Add cream cheese and mozzarella and stir until they melt.

Step 2

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 40 seconds. Then, mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Continue stirring until well combined.

Step 3

Line a parchment paper on the table. Transfer the dough onto the paper. Put another parchment paper on top of the dough.

Step 4

Use a rolling pin to create an oval-shaped dough that is 1/4-inch thick. Then, remove the top parchment paper.

Step 5

Place the dough, with the parchmnet paper under it, onto a baking sheet. Set it aside for now.

Take a mixing bowl and add minced garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Mix them, and then brush over the dough.

Step 6

Bake for about 15 minutes (or until the top turns golden brown). After removing it from the oven, let the bread rest for 5 minutes. Then use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to cut the bread into sticks.
