Dry Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups (150g) Almond Flour (blanched)

1/2 cup (80g) Confectioners Swerve Sweetener

1/2 teaspoon (4g) Ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon (5g) Baking Powder

Pinch of Allspice

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Nutmeg

Wet Ingredients:

2 Eggs

2 tablespoons (30g) Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened)

2 tablespoons (30g) melted Butter (salted)

1/2 teaspoon (2g) Apple Flavoring

Topping:

4 tablespoons (50g) Granulated Swerve Sweetener

Pinch of Allspice (Jamaica pepper)

Pinch of Nutmeg

1 teaspoon (6g) of Cinnamon (ground powder)

1/8 teaspoon Salt

🍩 How To Make Keto Apple Cider Donuts

Making keto cider donuts is easy and fun. Just follow these instructions:

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 350F (175C).

Take a large mixing bowl and combine all the dry ingredients together. Mix well and set the bowl aside.

Step 2

Take a different mixing bowl (a small one)- and mix all the wet ingredients together.

Step 3

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until everything is combined and a thick batter forms.

Step 4

Grease the donut tray, and fill each slot with the batter (but not all the way to the top).

Step 5

Bake for 10-15 minutes. once they are solid and golden brown- you can remove them from the oven.

Allow them to cool for 30 minutes, and then remove the keto apple cider donuts from the mold.

Step 6

To make the topping- take a dish and mix the topic ingredients together.

Spray the donuts with cooking spray (or a bit of olive oil) and dip them into the topping mix.
