This low carb green beans recipe is so easy. Just follow the following steps:

Step 1: Preparing The Green Beans

Start by pre-heating your air fryer to 350 degrees (180C). Then, wash the green beans and dry them. Trim the ends and remove all tough strings.

The easiest way to trim all the beans without spending a lot of time is to grab a handful and line up all the ends. Then just use a knife and trim them all at once.

Step 2: Seasoning

Place the beans in a large bowl, and add the oil and seasoning.

Step 3: Air Frying

Place the seasoned green beans across the bottom of your air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap (for the best results).

Air fry the beans for about 8 minutes – until they are crisp on the outside. If you like crispier green beans, cook them for 2 minutes longer.

So don’t eat a pound of them a day. Pair them with real food- like a piece of salmon or a chicken.

It’s best to reheat the beans in the oven (just a few minutes) – or in the air fryer.

As I mentioned, I found that the best way to prepare green beans is in the air fryer. It gives them a crispy, delicious texture that my family loves.

However, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can also cook green beans in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C) and cook the green beans for 10-12 minutes.
