  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted and divided)
  • 3/4 cup Crushed Pork Rinds
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon zest,  1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme (omit for strict carnivore diet)

Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you are using.

Place the salmon, skin side down, on a baking dish (grease it with cooking spray or butter). Brush the tops with half of the melted butter.
