- 6.5 oz (180g) Whey Protein Powder
- 4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
- 5 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Glycine (use this glycine powder – amazon link)
- 14oz (400g) Ricotta Cheese
- 4.5 oz (130g) Butter
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom (omit if strict carnivore)
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon (omit if strict carnivore)
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cloves (omit if strict carnivore)
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg (omit if strict carnivore)
- 3 teaspoons Ground Ginger (omit if strict carnivore)

Add 5 eggs – one by one. Take your time, add one egg, wait for everything to be mixed, then add the next egg.
Step 4
Add ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, ground ginger, baking powder, and beef gelatin powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients (from step 1). Mix lightly with a spatula until everything is well combined (important!).
