To make these easy keto crackers you will need:

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (I used cheddar)
  • Salt (optional, but recommended)

⭐ Two Ingredient Keto Crackers Recipe

Easily make these quick keto crackers! Follow these steps:

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 350F (175C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Then, add the shredded cheese, almond flour and salt to a food proccessor (you can use a high speed blender instead). Blend until the dough forms.

Step 2

Line parchment paper on the table. Place the dough on it, and top it with another sheet of parchment paper.

Press it down , and then use a rolling pin to flatten it. Use a pizza cutter or a knife to slice squares.

Step 3

Transfer the squares to the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes – flip halfway through. Allow them to cool down for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Almond Flour

I use almond flour in so many of my keto recipes, and it’s no surprise that it’s the main ingredient in these 2 ingredient keto crackers!

Almond flour is low in carbs, and you can use it for keto baking and cooking. I really like using this flour – the texture it gives to recipes is just perfect!

Cheese

I used Chedder cheese as the second ingredient. In my opinion- it gives the best flavor and texture.

You can expiriment with other cheeses like Parmesan, Monterey Jack, or Mozzarella. Try mixing them together for a unique flavor.

Dough Isn’t Forming

If the dough is not forming easily, add about 2 tablespoons of water, and mix again. This should make the dough easier to shape.

Carbs

I like this easy keto cracker recipe so much because it’s not only tasty, but also super low in carbs.

A serving of these crackers (2oz) contains just 2.5g of net carbs. So, you can defiently enjoy them in moderation.
